What You'll Do
- Master GEO: Learn our proprietary research and intelligence platform. Understand citations and how to manipulate them for clients.
- Run Projects: Own research, build strategies, and present findings.
- Prompt Engineering: Use AI to analyze data, build frameworks, and solve problems.
- Shape Product: Your ideas will directly influence what we build.
- Client Facing: You'll be in the room contributing to strategy.
Who You Are
- Agency Veteran: 4-6 years agency experience (required)
- AI-Native: You prompt-engineer to solve problems
- Trend Spotter: You know what's happening before it hits the mainstream
- Builder: Comfortable with ambiguity
- High comfort with data, spreadsheets, and analysis
